Suppliers: Such as hotels, airlines, or activity rental providers that fulfill your travel booking request. At TravelSoft Services, all services provided by a third-party supplier are identified as such. To execute the contracted services, we will share your data with the companies you request, such as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, etc. Please note that such data sharing is essential to provide you with the contracted services.

The data shared with providers will include your name, surname, identification document (DNI or passport), age, date of birth, nationality, and any additional notes included in your reservation.

Many of the service providers you request are located in countries outside the European Union. The General Data Protection Regulation regulates such international transfers, and therefore, we can only transfer data to countries that guarantee adequate safeguards for your data.
